How We Work

01/ Get In Touch

Fill out the submission form on our contact page, including as much detail as possible. We will review your form and get back to you with our design process and pricing to be sure we’re a good fit.

02/ Introduction Meeting

This meeting takes place in your home. We want to see your space and hear from you. You’re talking, we’re listening, we want to get to know you. How do you want to live in your home? Expectations- yours and ours. Budget and timelines will also be discussed. After our initial meeting we will send you a design agreement listing all of your wants and needs along with our design time estimate to complete your project.

03/ Design

Once the design agreement is accepted and your retainer fee is paid, we will get to work. We will set up a time to meet with you at your home to measure and take photos. From here, we will create the design plan for your project. Space planning, research, product sourcing, selecting finishes, digital design concept boards, and 3D renderings of your spaces are all a part of our process. Within six to eight weeks we will present your design plan.  We want your feedback, what do you love? What could we change? After this meeting we will make a plan for the next steps to move forward with your design.

04/ Execution

Proposals accepted, designs approved, subcontractors are scheduled and orders are placed. Product shipments will be tracked and we will keep you in the loop every step of the way.

05/ Finishing Touches

Products delivered, draperies hung, accessories placed, artwork installed. This is the moment when everything comes together and our vision comes to life. Now is the time to sit back, relax and enjoy your beautiful new space!
