How We Work
01/ Get In Touch
Start by completing the submission form on our contact page. The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your project.
What to expect:
We’ll review your information and follow up with an overview of our services, design process, and pricing to make sure we’re aligned before scheduling a meeting.
02/ Introduction Meeting
This meeting takes place in your home. It’s an opportunity for us to see your space, understand how you live, and discuss your goals for the project.
We’ll talk through expectations—both yours and ours—along with budget considerations and general timelines.
What to expect:
After the meeting, you’ll receive a design agreement outlining the scope of work, your project priorities, and an estimated design timeline.
03/ Design
Once your design agreement is accepted and your retainer is received, the design work begins.
We’ll take detailed measurements and photos, then start developing your custom plan. Depending on your selected services, this phase may include space planning, finish and material selections, product sourcing, digital concept boards, and full-color 3D renderings.
Timeline:
Design development typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope of your project.
What to expect:
We’ll present your design and walk through everything together. Your feedback is key here and, if needed, we’ll refine the plan before moving into the next phase.
04/ Execution
With designs approved and proposals accepted, we shift into execution.
Orders are placed, subcontractors are scheduled as needed, and deliveries are coordinated. We track shipments and keep you informed as things progress.
What to expect:
Fewer decisions on your end and clear communication from ours as everything comes together behind the scenes.
05/ Finishing Touches
This is the part everyone looks forward to!
Furniture arrives, window treatments are installed, artwork and accessories are placed, and the final details come together to complete your space.
What to expect:
A finished home that feels cohesive, functional, and ready to enjoy—without the stress of managing all the moving parts yourself.
